Mijas Pueblo’s Contemporary Art Museum, CAC Mijas, hosts the second most important collection of ceramics in the world made by legendary local artist Pablo Ruiz Picasso as a permanent exhibition. The world famous artists collection of 130 porcelain works are joined by work from Salvidor Dali and Georges Braque.
The museum is located on Calle Malaga in the Baraka building, close to the Casa Museo in the center of the village.
The art museum contains several exhibition areas, a museum shop, office, and a rooftop cafe to give visitors spectacular views of Mijas. Exhibition areas are on both floors of the museum.
