Times Square is located at Broadway and 42nd Street where it meets with 7th Avenue. It is known for the spectacular Neon Signs that are located everywhere. It is the heart of the Theater District, and is also, headquarters for NASDAQ, Madam Tussauds Wax Museum, The Port Authority Bus Terminal, and the MTV Studios. It is the place for the biggest New Years Eve Celebration each year where hundreds of thousands of people gather to watch the Ball Drop from the Times Building.
